The Digital Government Authority's digital transformation measurement assesses the maturity of government entities against the Authority's criteria. EASPM helps an entity keep the evidence for every criterion in its place before the measurement date.
Criteria that evolve, evidence that scatters
The Digital Government Authority publishes its digital transformation standards document and updates it in successive editions, and measures entities against the edition in force. The criteria span domains that touch most departments of an entity: strategy, governance, services, data, technology, cybersecurity and more.
Evidence therefore scatters across many departments, and the real question before every cycle becomes: who owns each criterion, where is its evidence, and is it still valid under the new edition.

The weights of the criteria and the method of computing maturity belong to the Authority and are not fully published. The platform therefore shows no predicted maturity score, no ranking, and no comparison between entities. What it shows is the state of every criterion as the entity documents it, which is what can be proven.
