Frameworks and readiness
Readiness is a documented state, not an estimate
The frameworks an entity is measured against are represented inside the platform as conditions, evidence and owners. What leadership sees is defensible in any review.
Why we show no predicted score
Many tools display a predicted score against an assessment framework. We do not, and we do not believe it is honest. The assessing body alone awards the score, its methodology belongs to it, and its weights may not be published at all.
What the platform can demonstrate precisely is two things only: which conditions are met today, and which evidence is held and linked to them. That is what we show:
The platform displays no predicted score, no predicted ranking, and claims no accreditation from any assessment body.
From a document to a living register
- Conditions
- Every requirement in the framework becomes a record with an owner, a state and a last-review date.
- Evidence
- A central evidence vault; one piece of evidence serves more than one condition and more than one framework without duplication.
- Gaps
- What is met, what lacks evidence, and what has not started, with an owner for every gap.
- Cycles
- The state of every assessment cycle is preserved, so the file is never rebuilt from scratch in the next one.
- Obligations
- Continuing regulatory obligations are tracked with their dates and owners, not only on request.
- Linked to the chain
- The condition links to the project that satisfies it, the project to the KPI, the KPI to the objective.
Adaa, the digital transformation measurement, and your own frameworks
- Adaa programme
- The National Center for Performance Measurement (Adaa): its measurement conditions as a living register with evidence. See the Adaa page.
- Qiyas
- The Digital Government Authority's digital transformation measurement: the criteria of the current edition as conditions and evidence. See the Qiyas page.
- Your own frameworks
- An internal framework, an award methodology or sector standards, with the criteria and weights you adopt, configured without code.
