What entities ask about the platform
- What is EASPM?
- EASPM is an Arabic-first platform for managing strategy, performance, portfolios, programs and projects. It connects the strategic objective to its KPI, the KPI to the portfolio, program and project serving it, and delivery to the evidence that demonstrates readiness, in one environment hosted in the Kingdom. It is wholly owned by Étharien Advisors, the Saudi advisory firm that develops it.
- Is EASPM suitable for government entities in Saudi Arabia?
- EASPM is built for entities measured by frameworks and run by plans: government authorities, amanat and municipalities, academies and training bodies, and companies and groups. It is Arabic-first, hosted inside the Kingdom in a separate environment per entity, owned by a Saudi firm, and holds the conditions of the Adaa programme, the digital transformation measurement and others as a living register of conditions and evidence. Whether it fits your entity in particular is what the demo session and the current-state diagnostic establish.
- How does EASPM link KPIs to projects?
- Every item in the platform carries its place in the chain: the initiative knows its objective, the KPI knows its target, baseline and data source, and the project knows the KPI that justifies it. When a project slips, the effect shows on the KPI and then on the objective before anyone asks about it in the leadership meeting. When a link breaks, the platform sees it and shows it, instead of letting it vanish into a spreadsheet.
- How does EASPM hold readiness evidence for Adaa, Qiyas and other frameworks?
- The frameworks an entity is measured against are held inside the platform as a register of conditions: every condition in the framework, its owner, and its current state. Evidence is linked directly to the condition it satisfies, with its date and source, so it is filed the day it is produced rather than the day the file is requested. Gap analysis shows what is met, what lacks evidence, and what has not started. More than one framework can run over the same data without duplicate entry, and an entity can configure an internal framework with its own criteria and weights.
- Does EASPM predict our Adaa or Qiyas score?
- No. The platform shows the documented state: what is met, what lacks evidence, and what has not started. It displays no predicted score and no predicted ranking, and claims no accreditation from any assessment body, because a predicted score gives false comfort while a documented state can be defended in any review.
- Is the EASPM interface in Arabic?
- Yes. EASPM is built in Arabic from the ground up, and right to left is structural rather than cosmetic: tables, charts, timelines and approval chains all run the correct way, and terminology follows the government administrative register. Reports export to PDF and Excel in Arabic and English, and the demo session is held in Arabic or English.
- How is an entity's data protected in EASPM?
- The entity's data and its backups are hosted inside the Kingdom, in a separate environment per entity whose data is not shared with any other entity. Within the environment: row-level and field-level permissions, single sign-on support connected to the entity's directory, data encrypted in transit and at rest, a complete record of every change, and regular backups with published recovery objectives. The platform is designed with NCA and SDAIA requirements in consideration, and we claim no certification or accreditation unless it has actually been issued.
- Does EASPM connect to our other systems?
- Yes, through APIs for connection to HR, finance, the entity's directory and other source systems, with dedicated keys and limited permissions. Your current systems are among the first things we discuss with you in the demo session.
- How much does EASPM cost?
- We publish no price list, because the subscription is sized by the scope of use in the entity, not by user count alone. The platform is licensed as an annual subscription per entity, covering a separate environment in the Kingdom, updates, and support under the service level agreement; implementation, training and knowledge transfer are quoted separately by scope. The technical and financial proposal is prepared after the current-state diagnostic.
- How do we compare EASPM with other platforms?
- Ask every vendor for the same scenario from your entity: one objective, its KPI, a project that serves it, and the evidence for one condition, traced from end to end and back. Compare how firmly the link holds, how the Arabic works on real screens, where the data is hosted, permissions, reporting, integration, and the cost of implementation and support. We show EASPM on exactly that chain in the demo session, with fictional data of your entity type.
- How do we request a demo, and what happens in it?
- From the demo request page. The session lasts sixty minutes, in Arabic or English: we read what you wrote in the request and prepare a scenario with fictional data of your entity type, then show the chain on screen from a strategic objective to its KPI, to the project serving it, to the condition and the evidence. Most of the time goes to your questions about your methodology, the measurement frameworks you are subject to, and your current systems, and afterwards we tell you frankly what fits and what does not.
- What support is available after go-live?
- One channel for subscribing entities: email to support@etharien.com, where every message opens a support ticket with a tracking number. For urgent cases, WhatsApp Business during working hours once a ticket has been opened by email. Working hours are Sunday to Thursday, 08:00 to 17:00 (Riyadh), and critical cases are handled according to their severity level in the service level agreement, which publishes severity levels, response targets, availability, backup and recovery.
