EASPM, by Étharien Advisors
One plan, from objective to impact
An Arabic-first platform that connects the strategic objective to its KPI, the KPI to the portfolio, program and project serving it, and delivery to the evidence that demonstrates readiness. One environment, in Arabic, hosted in the Kingdom.

Five screens, as they are
The plan lives in a slide deck, the KPIs in a spreadsheet, the projects in a third system
In most entities the strategic plan lives in a slide deck, the KPIs live in a spreadsheet, project delivery lives in a third system, and the readiness file is rebuilt from scratch every assessment cycle.
The familiar result: a strategic objective nobody can trace to the project meant to deliver it, a project that closes without moving anything, and a team spending weeks assembling evidence instead of improving performance.
EASPM treats this as a linkage problem rather than a tooling problem. The difference is not the number of modules. It is that the link between them is held, and accounted for.
Plan to impact, without a break
Four connected layers. Each feeds the next, and every item knows where it sits in the chain.
- 01StrategyObjectives, cascade, ownership
- 02PerformanceKPIs, targets, the measurement cycle
- 03Portfolios, programs and projectsDelivery against the plan
- 04ReadinessConditions met, evidence held
The chain runs both ways: downward to cascade the plan across sectors and departments, upward to explain the result to leadership. See the platform layer by layer.
How we show readiness
Many tools display a predicted score against an assessment framework. We do not. The assessing body alone awards the score, and the methodology belongs to it.
What the platform can demonstrate precisely is two things only: which conditions are met today, and which evidence is held and linked to them. That is what we show, in three states and no fourth:
The practical effect is that what leadership sees on screen is defensible in any review, because it is a documented state rather than an estimate. Frameworks and readiness.

Built in Arabic from the ground up, hosted in the Kingdom
The difference between an Arabic platform and a translated one shows on the first day of real operation, not in the demo. Right-to-left is structural rather than cosmetic: tables, charts, timelines and approval chains all run the correct way, terminology follows the government administrative register, and reports come out in Arabic ready to submit.
The platform is hosted in the Kingdom, designed with NCA and SDAIA requirements in consideration. Security and hosting.

Entities measured by frameworks and run by plans
- Amanat and municipalities
- Connect the strategic plan to municipal project portfolios, and show readiness against the frameworks the amana is measured by.
- Government authorities
- Cascade the plan across sectors, run the KPI cycle, and hold evidence across assessment cycles.
- Academies and training bodies
- Link the plan to training programs, development projects and quality measures.
- Companies and groups
- Govern investment and project portfolios across the group and its subsidiaries.
- Award and excellence bodies
- Configure the body's own assessment methodology inside the platform, with methodology, criteria and weights remaining entirely its own.
