An advisory firm before it is a software vendor

Étharien Advisors is a Saudi advisory firm working with government entities and companies in strategy and performance management, the establishment and operation of enterprise project management offices, governance, risk and compliance, and government and corporate advisory.

EASPM was born from that work: because every advisory engagement in these fields ends with a plan, KPIs, projects and a readiness file living in four places, and because the link between them is the first thing lost after the consultant leaves.

An entity does not need more modules; it needs a held link between what it already has. A tool that shows a "predicted score" against a measurement framework gives false comfort, while a tool that shows the documented state gives something that can be defended. And an Arabic-first platform differs from a translated one on the first day of operation, not in the demo.

Those three principles are the platform. Everything else is implementation detail.

EASPM is wholly owned by Étharien Advisors and developed within it. The name stays independent so it can be licensed and partnered, and the firm stays behind it so the platform has people who understand the methodology it serves.
